The Sales Coordinator will support the nationwide sales team by tracking attendance, location, target achievements, and overall performance. The role involves data monitoring, coordination, discrepancy resolution, and daily reporting to the Sales Manager. This position is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and communicative.
Key Responsibilities:
Area Responsibilities Sales Team Monitoring Track daily attendance and location of sales staff across India; ensure accuracy and real-time updates.
Target Management
Use software tools to monitor and report on achievement of sales targets. Support in tracking KPIs and milestones.
Daily Coordination
Maintain regular contact with the sales team; address queries and provide necessary operational support.
Reporting
Share daily performance, attendance, and issue updates with the Sales Manager.
Area Responsibilities
Discrepancy Handling Identify, resolve, or escalate any inconsistencies in data related to targets, attendance, or field activity.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales operations data.
Training Requirement
Attend 2-3-day training in Ratlam to learn tools, workflows, and reporting standards.
