This role will also involve managing and responding to

TradeIndia
enquiries to generate leads and foster relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Track orders from production to delivery.
Coordinate with the production department to ensure product availability and production schedules align with customer demands.
Customer Service:
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and post-sale support.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Sales Support:
Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer data.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product specifications.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
IndiaMart & TradeIndia Enquiry Management:
Monitor and manage incoming product enquiries from
IndiaMart
and
TradeIndia
platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product information.
Follow up on leads generated through these platforms, ensuring timely communication and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to create customized quotes or proposals based on customer requirements.
Maintain a database of leads and monitor conversion rates from online enquiries.
Communication:
Liaise with internal departments (Production and Logistics) to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues or delays.
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and vendors for product availability and lead times.
Administrative Support:
Assist in the creation of sales contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
Maintain customer and sales records in the google sheet and MS excel.
Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities for the sales department as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in handling online business enquiries from
IndiaMart
and
TradeIndia
.
