Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Female Sales Coordinator
to join our team in the
solar energy sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients, identifying solar energy needs, and offering tailored solar solutions that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of our solar products and schemes/offers.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline.
Stay updated on solar technologies, market trends, and government policies.
Participate in local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and awareness drives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in solar, energy, or industrial sectors is preferred).
Proven track record in handling corporate clients and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and financing models (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Self-motivated, confident, and professional appearance.
Willingness to travel for client visits and site assessments.
