Act as the primary point of contact between sales team, design team, and clients.
Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and dashboards.
Schedule client meetings, showroom visits, and site surveys.
Coordinate with designers for timely preparation and sharing of estimates/quotations.
Ensure proper documentation: client approvals, contracts, and follow-ups.
Monitor progress of projects and update sales team and clients regularly.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals.
Track payments, reminders, and follow-up with clients in coordination with accounts team.
Support BDMs in lead validation, nurturing, and closure efforts.
Provide daily/weekly MIS and sales reports to management.
Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
4-6 years of experience as Sales Coordinator/Admin in interior, real estate, or premium product industry (preferred).
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Strong multitasking, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and client-centric mindset.
