We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales operations, coordinating with internal teams, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales activities
Manage and track leads, prospects, and client data through CRM systems
Prepare sales reports, MIS, dashboards, and performance trackers
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, agreements, and onboarding documents
Act as a liaison between sales, operations, compliance, and finance teams
Follow up with clients for documentation, KYC, and onboarding processes
Ensure timely closure of deals by coordinating approvals and internal processes
Handle client queries and provide basic product or service information
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Support sales campaigns, partner coordination, and marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Good knowledge of financial products (loans, investments, payments, fintech solutions preferred)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving minds

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
