Organization Summary:

A leading MNC & an established B2B player with over 2 decades of experience in the metal sector, specialising in the premium import of Tin, Lead, Zinc, Nickel, and other metals to India .The company also has a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore.

The organization is actively traded on Indonesian exchanges such as JFX (Jakarta Futures Exchange) and ICDX (Indonesia Commodity & Derivatives Exchange) & also offers hedging facilities on the London Metal Exchange (LME).

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in the

Metal Industry.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Support & Coordination:



Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on orders. Process sales orders, invoices, and documentation for related products. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management:



Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding product availability, pricing, and deliveries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:



Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting.

Market & Sales Analysis:



Track and analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide reports and insights to the sales team for strategy development.

Administrative & Compliance Tasks:



Ensure all sales documents comply with industry and company policies. Assist in preparing sales reports, contracts, and other documentation.

Key Requirements:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the metal industry

Skills:



Strong communication (English) and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. Understanding of the metal industry and supply chain processes.

Preferred Qualifications:



Graduate & experience in handling

TIN sheets, ingots, or other metal products.

Familiarity with international trade regulations (if applicable). Knowledge of CRM & other related tech tools, if applicable
