The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM or ERP systems
Track sales targets, performance reports, and follow-ups
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and MIS
Handle customer inquiries and support after-sales activities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
1-4 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM/ERP systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
