Role Overview :
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating day-to-day sales operations, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth order processing. Hands-on exposure to pipes, fertilization, sprinklers, or irrigation products is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and dispatch follow-ups
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer data
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and basic negotiations
Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts for timely delivery and billing
Track sales targets and support the team to achieve monthly goals
Maintain proper documentation and records
Support field sales staff with backend coordination
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in pipes / fertilization / sprinkler/irrigation industry
(must)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
