The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
Keep the Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to concern Head.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve basic issues.
Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal.
Preparing Proforma Invoices , E Way Bills, Delivery challan.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfillment.
Solving Customer Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
Keep the Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to concern Head.
Qualifications & Experience:
Any Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 to 6 years of sales coordination or similar work experience will be prefer or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
