Position Overview:

The

Sales Co-ordinator

will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team, generating Sales orders, managing and updating stock data efficiently. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing large sets of data related to stock levels and movement.

Responsibilities:

Backend Co-ordination:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with the clients, understanding their needs and manage backend operations. Co-ordination with the Sales team members and provide support for smooth sales operations. Making Sales Order in Tally software, updating Inward and Dispatch records in Excel reports. Maintain and record the sales data and prepare an analysis report at regular intervals. Order execution follow-up with the internal team. Update and maintain accurate stock levels in the system in Excel sheet. Ensure timely updates of stock movements, such as incoming stock, stock returns, transfers and shipments. Co-ordinate with the warehouse team and other departments to reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with procurement, supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure alignment in stock management and reporting. Communicate effectively with team members to address stock-related issues and implement solutions.

Preferred candidate profile Experience:

Proven experience as a Co-ordinator or similar role.

Skills:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Tally Prime. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred. Other: Strong organizational and time management skills.
