About the role

We're looking for a

full-time Lady Back Office Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team at our Kothrud office.
This is a

back office role

with a strong focus on coordination, follow-ups and documentation for property sales.

Ideal for someone who has already worked in a

builder / developer sales office

and enjoys organised, process-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

all back office sales coordination

for residential / real estate enquiries Do

regular follow-ups

with walk-in / call / WhatsApp leads and update status Coordinate with the front-end sales team for

site visits, meetings and documentation

Maintain and update

client databases, lead trackers and reports

Assist in preparing

quotations, basic proposals and follow-up messages

Support in day-to-day office admin related to sales (files, documents, records)
Candidate Profile

Gender:

Female

Education:

Minimum Graduate

Experience:

1-2 years of sales experience is a must

Experience at a

builder / builder sales office (preferred)

Age group:

22-35 years (early-mid career)

Languages:

Comfortable in

English and Marathi

(spoken & written)

Skills:

Strong

communication and coordination skills

Expert in follow-ups

- disciplined and consistent Good

computer handling

(email, Excel, basic MS Office / Google Sheets) Organised, reliable and comfortable handling multiple leads at a time

Location preference:

Candidates

staying within 2-5 km of Kothrud

(near Alankar Police Chowki / City Pride) will be preferred
