Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, documentation, customer communication, and coordination between internal departments. This role ensures smooth execution of sales activities and supports faster conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily leads and update status.
Coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
Make basic customer calls for inquiries and scheduling.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Maintain sales reports and documentation.
Coordinate with accounts and dispatch for orders.
Share daily/weekly MIS reports.
Support marketing team with lead performance updates.
Ensure smooth internal communication between teams.
Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
Minimum 1-3year's experience in sales coordination, tele calling, or CRM roles.
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM handling.
Ability to multitask, organize, and follow processes.
Basic understanding of automotive tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
