Job Type: Full-time:We are looking for a Telecalling cum Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries for our solar business. The candidate will be responsible for explaining solar products and solutions to customers, maintaining enquiry records, and coordinating with customers for ongoing and upcoming solar projects.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to customer enquiriesExplain solar products, systems, and basic technical details to customersMaintain and update customer enquiry records accuratelyFollow up with customers on quotations, site visits, and ongoing projectsCoordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project progressAssist the marketing team in lead management and customer engagementPrepare basic reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPointRequired Skills & Qualifications:Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory)Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPointGood communication and convincing skillsAbility to maintain records and manage follow-ups systematicallyWillingness to learn about solar products and renewable energy solutionsPrior experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is an advantagePreferred Candidate Profile:Self-motivated and target-orientedGood coordination and organizational skillsCustomer-focused with a professional attitude
