Job responsibilities-

1. Core Sales Support and Responsibilities



Coordinate day-to-day activities of the solar sales team.

Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Ensure accurate entry of customer data, site details, and pricing.

Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups between sales reps and clients

2. Customer & Client Coordination



Act as a point of contact for customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products, pricing, and timelines.

Assist customers with documentation, approvals, and onboarding processes.

Maintain strong relationships with installers, EPC teams, and vendor.

3. Solar Project & Operations Coordination



Coordinate with engineering, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to execution

Track project milestones such as site surveys, permits, grid approvals, and installations

Ensure compliance with local regulations, utility requirements, and incentive programs

Support net-metering, interconnection, and subsidy paperwork

4. Documentation & Reporting



Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

Maintain records of contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.

Track commissions, incentives, and sales targets.

Assist management with market data and competitor analysis.

5. Marketing & Business Development Support



Support marketing campaigns, solar expos, and lead-generation activities.

Coordinate promotional materials and product information.

Assist in identifying new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.

Help with tender documents, RFPs, and bid submissions (for commercial/utility solar)

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance



Ensure contracts meet company policies and legal requirements.

Verify technical and financial accuracy of proposals.

Assist with audits and internal compliance reviews.

7. Key Skills Often required



Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy regulations.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

CRM and MS Excel proficiency.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications-



Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering

2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive.

Prior experience in solar EPC and solar projects, renewable energy.

Hands-on experience coordinating between sales, engineering, and operations teams.
