Minimum 5 years as a Sales Co Ordinator
Coordinate with the sales team to process sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, and contracts
Liaise with customers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups
Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and billing
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and sales MIS reports
Track order status, payments, and outstanding receivables in coordination with the accounts team
Assist in preparation of sales presentations, tenders, and reports
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination
Support sales planning, forecasting, and target tracking
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes
