Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Coordinate bookings and assist in proposal preparation
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
Conduct on-field visits, client meetings, and service/property walkthroughs
Support the Sales Team in day-to-day operations and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
Requirements:
MBA pass-out preferred
Hospitality background is an added advantage
Strong English communication skills
Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented
Willingness to travel for on-field tasks
Must have a personal vehicle for on-field duties
