Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
Prepare and send quotations, PI, sample requests, and follow up with customers.
Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts to ensure timely dispatch and billing.
Maintain sales data, customer records, and MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Coordinate with the sales team for updates on leads, and follow-ups.
Track order status, outstanding payments, sample dispatches, and product availability.
Assist in maintaining distributor/customer pricing and documentation.
Support in export documentation (if required) and maintain filing as per company guidelines.
Update Zoho/SAP with accurate data for customers, leads, and sales activities.
Provide administrative support for sales presentations and audits.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
