: Coordinate with internal stakeholders like supply chain team / procurement team, pick up SCM issues like shortage of stocks and solve with collaboration.
Managing the requirements of all global suppliers / principals on top priority and align with business.
Prepare and manage
business reports, sales forecasts,
and customer transaction records.
Ensure timely responses to customer queries and requests.
Assist in defining sales targets and objectives for key customers.
Track and support the achievement of customer-focused sales goals.
Monitor business performance against customer targets.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
to support decision-making.
Organize business review meetings, technical training sessions, and other customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide customers with the necessary technical and operational support.
Identify gaps in the product/service portfolio and assist in onboarding new customers.
Support initiatives to enhance customer offerings and increase market penetration.
Conduct

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required
2+ years of experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
