The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, preparing documents, handling client communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate high-quality service and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and ensure timely responses.
Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups between clients and sales executives.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Process sales orders, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on deliveries.
Liaise with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure order accuracy and smooth transactions.
Track sales KPIs, compile performance reports, and share insights with management.
Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and event coordination.
Ensure high-level customer satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating when needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
6 months -3 years of experience in sales support or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
