We are hiring a
Sales Coordinator
who can take ownership of customer insights, sales analysis, and growth development. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities, improving sales performance, and strengthening customer relationships.

, designed to help the company grow through data-backed decisions and proactive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities?
Study customer websites, catalogues, and industry trends to identify new product opportunities and cross-selling/up-selling possibilities.
Analyze customer sales data (12-24 months) to identify declining items, discontinued products, fast/slow-moving SKUs, and margin improvement areas.
Prepare monthly customer insight reports and highlight growth opportunities.
Recommend new products, replacement items, competitive alternatives, and identify business lost to competitors.
Conduct customer review discussions along with Sales Managers to understand performance, future needs, and relationship quality.
Serve as the internal "customer expert" with deep understanding of buying patterns and product usage.
Share insights with management, identify risks of customer loss, and suggest pricing/bundling improvements.
Maintain accurate data, photos, and customer records; support digital marketing with updates and report reviews when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in
pneumatic tools, construction tools, rock drilling tools, or engineering products
.
Ability to study customer product portfolios and identify suitable product matches, alternatives, or cross-selling opportunities.
Proven ability to generate leads, manage existing customers, and develop new business.
Strong negotiation, pricing discussion, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to identify business risks, lost orders, and competitor activity and provide strategic inputs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting formats, and CRM or ERP systems.
Ability to prepare monthly customer insights, performance reports, and product comparisons.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams including Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Digital Marketing.
Capable of presenting product details and customer reports clearly to management.
