POSITION- Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the client email mailbox, ensuring timely responses, proper routing of inquiries, and accurate follow-up actions.
Manage and coordinate daily sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain and update CRM systems, customer profiles, sales pipelines, call logs, and follow-up records.
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, documentation.
Handle inbound sales calls and convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls to the existing clients
Skills & Qualifications Imp
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
