Position Details - Business Development Support Executive
Take orders from corporate clients, share quotations, follow up until closure, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare POs and invoices, coordinate dispatch and delivery, track shipments end-to-end, and share POD and dispatch updates with clients.
Manage customer queries, complaints, replacements, warranty claims, and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
Follow up with corporate finance teams for outstanding payments, update trackers, maintain documentation, and support MIS reporting.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts, Product Managers, and Admin teams, maintain records, assist senior management, and act as the main office contact when required.
Call new and inactive leads, explain product offerings, onboard customers, and initiate business engagement.
Please Note -
Office Timing - 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Flexible 9 hours)
Working Days - Monday to Friday & only first and last Saturday of the month

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
