1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
2. Prepare and issue sales quotations, pro forma invoices, and order confirmations.
3. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring quick and professional resolution.
4. Coordinate dispatch scheduling for trucks, trailers, and carriers based on delivery priorities.
5. Schedule order processing, production slots, and shipment timelines.
6.Follow up with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
7. Assist in planning daily dispatch loads and optimizing routing for cost-effective delivery.
8. Maintain customer records, sales data, and dispatch logs.
9. Generate daily/weekly reports on order status, pending dispatches, and sales performance.
10.Maintain documentation related to inventory levels, dispatch schedules, and customer communication.
