Novaphene Specialties Pvt. Ltd. (www.novaphene.com) is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. The key verticals within the company are personal care, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Position :-Sales Coordinator

Experience :-

1-3 years in a similar role. Experience in sales coordination, customer service, internal sales, or documentation handling is preferred.

Qualification :-

Graduate in Commerce/Science. Candidates with experience in the chemical/manufacturing industry preferred.

Key Requirements :-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong coordination and follow-up ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking. Customer-first approach and strong interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.

Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status. Prepare and send quotations, PI, sample requests, and follow up with customers. Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts to ensure timely dispatch and billing. Maintain sales data, customer records, and MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly). Coordinate with the sales team for updates on leads, and follow-ups. Track order status, outstanding payments, sample dispatches, and product availability. Assist in maintaining distributor/customer pricing and documentation. Support in export documentation (if required) and maintain filing as per company guidelines. Update CRM/SAP with accurate data for customers, leads, and sales activities. Provide administrative support for sales presentations and audits. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
