We are hiring for

Sales Coordinator at Brownwall Food Products Pvt. Ltd. Saki-Vihar, Andheri Mumbai - 400072.

Desired Candidates:

1. Should have

Excellent Communications Skills,

& Should be a

Graduate

2. Should have

1 - 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support.

3.

Experience in Corporate Gifting is Mandatory.

4. Should be aware of

Excel, Google Sheets & Docs, and basic CRM Tools.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Salary: 15,000/- to 38,000/- [ depending on the interview ]

:

1. Sales Support & Coordination:

Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

Coordinate with clients for order confirmation, sample approvals, and follow-up on queries.

Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM tools.

Track sales leads, inquiries, and follow-up schedules.

2. Order Management:

Coordinate with operations, production, and procurement teams for order processing.

Ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate timelines to clients.

Track dispatch details, logistics, and order status.

Maintain accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and order details.

3. Communication & Reporting:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries from clients professionally.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.

4. Internal Coordination:

Work closely with design, inventory, and packaging teams.

Support sales managers during client meetings (documentation, scheduling, follow-ups).

Manage calendars, appointments, and internal approvals.
