Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Enter customer information and interaction details accurately into the system.
Maintain organized records of all customer interactions.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills. English and Hindi
Confident in communication
Ability to handle challenging clients calmly and professionally.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and excellent typing speed
Quick learner for CRM and internal software tools.
Knowledge of other languages are add Ons
