Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with
customers
regarding orders, queries, delivery schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
Liaise with
Back-Office, Accounts, and Despatch teams
to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure
on-time payment collection

Maintain accurate
order records, customer data, and inventory-related information
.
Prepare
regular reports
, order status updates, and performance dashboards as required.
Communicate effectively with
international customers
via email, phone, and online platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Sales Co-ordinator
, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and ability to maintain data and generate reports.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
