Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator for a full-time, based in Mumbai. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing daily operations, assisting with sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely coordination between teams. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and supporting communication and follow-ups with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
Lead Generation
Strong understanding of Sales strategies and practices
Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools is a plus
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Minimum qualification: Graduation (bachelor's degree) in a business-related field
Prior experience in sales support or coordination roles is an advantage
