We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team with documentation, order tracking, and communication with internal teams. The role is office-based with fixed working hours and no field work.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain trackers for inquiries, quotations, and orders
Coordinate with Proposal and Execution teams for updates
Organize quotation/order documents and maintain accurate data
Follow up for payments with clients and Accounts
Prepare daily reports and basic sales dashboards
Required Skills
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Back-office
Good communication skills
Strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Experience in documentation & coordination
Ability to follow processes and timelines
