Job Summary:
As a Sales Coordinator in our Sales department, your main role is to support and coordinate with our PAN India distributors and Sales Managers. You will handle order follow-ups, payment follow-ups, and communication between the Sales Manager and Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
Sales & Operations Coordination
Follow up with
PAN India distributors
regarding pending and upcoming orders.
Ensure
timely payment follow-ups
with distributors and coordinate with the Sales Manager on outstanding payments.
Maintain continuous coordination with
Sales Managers & Sales Team
for order status, stock requirements, and operational updates.
Track and update the Sales Manager on order confirmations, dispatches, and delivery timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of sales orders, payment records, dispatch schedules, and follow-up status.
Communication & Reporting
Serve as the communication bridge between distributors, Sales Managers, and other internal departments.
Maintain daily follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp groups to ensure updates are acknowledged and acted upon.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by the team.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch of goods and update stakeholders accordingly.
Relationship Management
Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key partners.
Support the Sales Manager in resolving routine queries from distributors and sales staff.
Inventory & Order Support
Track fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and update the sales team regularly.
Ensure SKU availability information is shared promptly with Sales Managers and distributors.
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Back-Office Sales, or similar roles (Footwear/FMCG/Retail industry preferred).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of sales processes, distributor coordination, and order management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work within timelines.
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
2nd & 4th Saturday off
