The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient customer communication, order processing, and timely follow-ups. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate daily sales activities with the sales team.
Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and follow-up documentation.
Maintain sales records, databases, and reports.
Track enquiries, follow up with customers, and share updates with the sales team.
2. Customer Interaction
Handle customer calls, emails, and queries professionally.
Provide product information, pricing, and delivery timelines as required.
Ensure timely communication to customers regarding order status, dispatch, and complaints.
3. Order Management
Process customer orders in the system accurately.
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch for timely delivery.
Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closures.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Maintain updated customer database and sales pipeline.
Support the team in preparing presentations and sales proposals.
5. Coordination with Internal Departments
Liaise with accounts for invoicing and payments.
Coordinate with service and logistics teams for customer requirements.
Follow up on payment collections as required.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
