Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and transporters for timely material dispatch and delivery.
Track sales drivers and delivery vehicles to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Monitor daily order status, update dispatch details, and share reports with concerned departments.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward logistics.
Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery schedules.
Follow up with vendors for transport arrangements, material availability, and shipment updates.
Support the sales and warehouse teams in coordinating shipments and returns.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to dispatch, delivery, and logistics performance.
Ensure compliance with company transport and safety policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role (preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / vehicle tracking tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
