Sales Coordinator
to support our growing Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and analyze sales data, reports, and trackers using Excel and other relevant tools.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams to manage orders, dispatch schedules, and timely deliveries.
Prepare and manage sales quotations, product presentations, and related documentation.
Support the execution of marketing and media initiatives in alignment with sales objectives.
Liaise with creative agencies and vendors to ensure timely development and delivery of promotional materials.
Monitor ongoing campaigns, track performance metrics, and maintain organised media and sales databases.
Requirements:
Background or experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred:
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media management.
