Job Summary
Support the sales team by coordinating client requirements, preparing technical proposals, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, project teams, and management. Requires civil engineering knowledge to manage both technical and sales tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients, sales team, and internal departments for project and inquiry updates.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical proposals, and sales documentation.
Follow up with clients for inquiries, approvals, payments, and material requirements.
Maintain sales reports, client data, and project tracking sheets.
Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Understand basic drawings, civil terminology, and project documentation.
Manage email communication, calls, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure smooth coordination to support end-to-end sales processes.
Requirements
B.E. Civil is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or civil project support.
Good understanding of BOQ, civil documentation, and basic drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Age limit: Up to 40 years.
