We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing sales data, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Prepare sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Assist with sales data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales history, and pipeline data.
Generate sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to support sales strategy and performance.
Communication:
Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Communicate sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales team and management.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and order forms.
Coordinate with finance to process sales orders, invoices, and payments.
Event Planning:
Assist with planning and executing sales events, trade shows, and product launches.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineer , Business or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of sales coordination or related experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
