Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and order processing. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards. Communicate with clients to provide product information, quotations, and after-sales support. Liaise with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events. Handle documentation related to contracts, proposals, and sales agreements. Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability. Ensure timely follow-up on payments and support the finance team in collections if needed.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
