Converting the Purchase order into Sales Order in the SAP system.
Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods, Organizing waybills and follow-up with Accounts team for billing
Maintaining customer data from time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc. on SAP).
Daily submission of Sales MIS, logistic support activities
Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.
Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
Handling all correspondence and organizing contacts between the sales personnel and their customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Incumbent with 2-3 Years of experience will facilitate processing of enquires / sale orders / any other requests - between HO, Branches and Factory, to ensure efficiencies in booking sale
Must have strong tele sales skills and have ability to build interpersonal skills.
Must have strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and word to create proposals and presentations to customers.
Good English Communication Skill (Written and Oral)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and consistently meets deadlines.
To have sound knowledge in MS Office and email communication.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
