We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Co-ordinator
to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and hands-on experience in preparing quotations, handling emails, managing sales orders, and coordinating shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with clients for inquiries, quotations, and order updates.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
Handle email correspondence efficiently and maintain proper communication records.
Update and track sales orders in coordination with the purchase, design, and dispatch teams.
Coordinate with the shipment/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Follow up with the purchase team for required materials and with the design team for client-specific requirements.
Prepare and issue purchase and sales invoices accurately.
Maintain customer databases, order records, and sales reports.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Support after-sales activities such as client feedback and issue resolution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Time management and multitasking ability.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
