To coordinate with various zonal railways on status of tenders and POs issued by them. To report to the HO on various aspects like EMD, BG, payments, MAs etc. at the various zonal railways. To coordinate with HO and plant on material dispatched and being dispatched during the month. To coordinate receipt of material at the depot level To coordinate and submit documents to various rail authorities at various zonal railways as per the prescribed format. To maintain documents in an orderly and retrievable manner on the day-to-day business with the zonal railways. To build and maintain relationships with various zonal railways HQ's and depots to ensure smooth day to day functioning. To coordinate with the concerned depots for any product trials and complaints raised Should be well versed in the correspondence process with Government agencies as well as private customers. Will be responsible for visiting various other customers (non-Railways) for various aspects of business-like sales, deliveries, payments etc. Shall visit various customers in the region to understand their requirements, build relationships and resolve various issues, if any. Should be willing to travel to meet customers. Should be able to correspond with various customers on all aspects of business both orally as well as in writing. Should be well versed in Word, Excel, Power-point, and computer usage.

Experience:



Minimum 3+ years

Dealing with PSU's (especially Indian Railways)

Education:



Should be a Diploma or Graduate

Target Industries:



We could target people working for wagon manufacturers.

Supplies of materials to PSU's (Indian Railways preferred)

Liaison companies offering services for PSUs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
