Sales Coordinator Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator Department: Estimation / Electrical Engineering Qualifications: Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Role Overview The Sales Coordinator acts as the central link between the Sales, Estimation, Design, Accounts, and Production teams. This role ensures smooth coordination from enquiry to order execution and supports the Sales Executives and Managers with documentation, follow-ups, and communication. Key Responsibilities ? Coordinate and track all incoming enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. ? Support Sales Engineers by preparing and managing quotation formats, letters, and technical documentation. ? Maintain enquiry registers, order trackers, and client communication logs. ? Liaise with the Estimation and Design teams for timely proposal submission. ? Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and dispatch schedules. ? Handle email correspondence, documentation, and filing of all sales-related records. ? Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to the Production and Accounts departments. Desired Skills & Competencies ? Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ? Knowledge of CRM tools or ERP systems is a plus. ? Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.

Pay: ₹11,777.99 - ₹24,830.51 per month
