Responsibilities
- To support the sales and business development team by efficiently coordinating customer requirements, managing internal communication across departments (production, dispatch, documentation), and ensuring timely execution of orders for both domestic and international clients.
- Serve as a primary internal point of contact for the sales team, customers, and cross-functional departments.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and coordinate approvals and documentation for order processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with clients regarding inquiries, samples, POs, production updates, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with production planning, quality control, and logistics teams to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of all customer interactions, orders, lead progress, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
- Support with export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.) and liaise with freight forwarders and CHA.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Organize and prepare materials for trade shows, customer visits, audits, and virtual meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels for sample dispatches and coordinate new product introductions with marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or related field
2+ years of experience in sales coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work across time zones and with diverse cultures
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
