We are looking for a sharp, well-organized Sales Coordinator to join our internal team. This role involves managing coordinating between departments, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal customers and the company.

No field visits or cold calls involved--this is a full-time desk job.

Job Location - Times Square, Marol Naka, Andheri east

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, and lead times Maintain records of leads, quotes, and orders using Excel, Tally, and internal systems Track order progress and ensure timely deliveries Send proactive updates to customers on delays or delivery status Ensure proper documentation, reports, and payment follow-ups

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc. Strong Communication - Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal + written) Organized & Reliable - Able to multitask, follow up without reminders Sales Understanding - Knows how to support sale Team Player - Works well with multiple departments .
