Key Responsibilities



Prepare and send quotations to customers. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales reports. Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and payments. Handle sales inquiries received via phone and email professionally. Support the sales team with documentation, data entry, and report generation. Track sales performance and share periodic updates with management. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all sales-related documentation.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in an industrial or distribution setup. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well with cross-functional teams. Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Education



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
