Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and organized

Sales Co-ordinator

to provide essential support to the sales team. The role involves handling customer communications, preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and clients to facilitate timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Support & Coordination:



Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including follow-ups, documentation, and lead management. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, accounts) for order status, deliveries, and invoicing.

2. Customer Interaction:



Communicate with clients via phone and email for quotations, order confirmations, dispatch updates, and support. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

3. Quotation & Documentation:



Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and other commercial documentation as per customer requirements. Maintain a systematic record of offers, orders, and correspondence.

4. Order Management:



Track sales orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Coordinate with production/planning to ensure readiness of goods as per schedule.

5. Reporting & CRM:



Update and maintain customer data, sales records, and lead status in CRM tools or Excel. Generate regular reports on pending orders, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
