Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including follow-ups, documentation, and lead management.
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, accounts) for order status, deliveries, and invoicing.
2. Customer Interaction:
Communicate with clients via phone and email for quotations, order confirmations, dispatch updates, and support.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Quotation & Documentation:
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and other commercial documentation as per customer requirements.
Maintain a systematic record of offers, orders, and correspondence.
4. Order Management:
Track sales orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Coordinate with production/planning to ensure readiness of goods as per schedule.
5. Reporting & CRM:
Update and maintain customer data, sales records, and lead status in CRM tools or Excel.
Generate regular reports on pending orders, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.
