We are looking for a Sales Back Office Executive to support our sales team with order processing, documentation, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling technical and commercial back-office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain customer records and sales databases.
Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and client correspondence.
Respond to customer queries and provide support related to products, orders, and shipments.
Assist in generating reports and maintaining MIS for sales activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
3-4 years of experience in a sales support/back-office role in an engineering or manufacturing company.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
