Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales team activities and support sales representatives in achieving their sales targets. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Handle inquiries and provide product information to clients. Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices. Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for order fulfillment. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role. Bachelor's degree in any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, especially related to heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related products, is a plus.
