The Sales Coordinator will act as the key link between clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with the design team, following up on purchases, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
Understand and document client requirements accurately.
Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding order status, queries, and updates.
Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication with clients.
Purchase Follow-up:
Coordinate with the purchase/procurement team to ensure timely material or product availability.
Track pending orders and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in resolving any supply or logistics issues affecting client deliveries.
Design Team Coordination:
Communicate client requirements clearly to the design team.
Follow up on design approvals, revisions, and timelines.
Ensure final designs are aligned with client expectations before production.
Sales Support:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up documents for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project progress.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding order status, client feedback, and pending actions.
Maintain reports for purchase follow-ups, client communications, and design progress.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,) and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple departments effectively.
