Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Management:

Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain and update the customer database and sales records in the CRM system. Monitor sales team's progress and assist in achieving sales targets. Generate regular sales reports and analyses for management.

Customer and Internal Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of machines. Communicate with the logistics and finance departments to streamline the order-to-delivery process. Follow up with clients for feedback and payments.

Documentation and Logistics:

Handle all documentation related to domestic and international sales, including export-import paperwork. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies for timely machine dispatch. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for export sales.

Administrative Support:

Organize and schedule sales meetings and appointments. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role, preferably within the

manufacturing

or

B2B capital goods

sector.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Knowledge of international trade and export documentation is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
