We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive to support our sales team in daily operations. The role involves preparing offers and quotations, handling customer registration forms, coordinating with internal teams, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales processes.
7. Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Prepare and send offers, quotations, and Proforma Invoices to customers.
Support the sales team with follow-ups, order processing, and customer documentation.
Manage customer registration forms and maintain updated records.
Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain customer and pricing databases; assist in generating sales MIS and reports.
Dispatch Management
Prepare and share weekly dispatch reports with Regional Managers.
Consolidate and share monthly dispatch reports with Regional Managers.
Track and update dispatch status with vendors/customers.
Sales & MIS Reporting
Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and summaries for Regional Managers & Directors.
Support preparation of MIS dashboards and management presentations.
8. Key Requirements for the Role:
a) Male/Female candidate
b) Proficiency in written & spoken English
c) Minimum 6-8 years' experience in sales coordination/operations in an engineering or manufacturing company
d) Strong organizational and multitasking ability
e) Excellent written & verbal communication
f) Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
g) Knowledge of Tally software (preferred)
9. Knowledge & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Science/Commerce or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
