Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer orders and inquiries.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain and update sales records, CRM databases, and reports.
Assist in drafting and following up on proposals and tenders.
Liaise with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Communicate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure customer requirements are met.
Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events.
Track sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
Handle client calls, emails, and provide after-sales support.
Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day tasks and target achievement.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales coordination / customer support preferred (freshers with good communication can be considered).
